Exchange and Return

 

Please check as soon as possible after receipt of the package, do not soil it, and then check the size of the main items. If you are dissatisfied with your purchase of goods, please contact us as soon as possible, returned goods subject to return policy. 

Refund Policy

If you wish to refund part or all of your order for a refund or exchange, you must inform us within 14 days of delivery. You may submit a return request via the Completed Orders section of the account on this website, or notify us by email or phone.

If the item is returned to us for use or flushing, and not the original label is intact, with any trace or odor (such as perfume or cigarette smoke), the customer may not be able to obtain a full refund.

We require the return of the item and its original manufacturer's packaging so that future customers can receive items as intended by the manufacturer.

Please keep the postage voucher when sending the goods back to us. This is for your own safety, to prevent the loss of goods in transit.

Cancellation Right

You have a statutory right to cancel an order under the Consumer Contract (Info, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. For more information, see our Orders and Returns page.

Procedure

To submit a return request via this website, please log in to your account, go to "Complete Order", click "Return" next to the relevant order form, fill in the form, and then click "Submit Return Application". Or, contact us by phone or e-mail, your order number, what you want to return, and why you want to return.

You will receive an email with the return request ID and instructions on how to return the item to us.

We will agree to your refund, replacement or replacement of items, as the case may be.

Please return the returned item to us without any undue delay and in any case not later than 14 days from the date of delivery of your return request. We recommend that you use records or track and track postal methods to provide adequate insurance coverage for the value of the posting.

Upon receipt of the package, we will determine whether the item is acceptable for return purposes in accordance with our policies.

Once we receive your returned goods, we will send you an email confirming that your refund will be processed within 7 days.

The refund will be made on the same form of payment that you used for the initial transaction. After we process your refund, it may take several additional business days for your bank and credit card system to deposit funds to your credit card or bank account.

If the item is unacceptable, we will return it to you and explain why it was returned.
